Trade Shows and Conventions

San Francisco Convention Retreat

Does your San Francisco convention include a no frills retreat?

San Francisco corporate event planners, do you want your next “show” to be the most memorable one yet? Fine accommodations and great food are key elements for a successful trade show or convention experience, but doesn’t every major event planner with good sense provide those?

Your attendees will be staying in the city for days, maybe even a week, and they won’t be attending trade show/convention activities 24/7. It may be the first visit to San Francisco for some, and others may only have seen the city in a convention hall and hotel. You could send participants off on a tour bus with dozens of strangers and a guy on a microphone talking about the points of interest.

Or…

You could hire us to take those interested on a private tour of the city, customized to your needs—historical, architectural, gastronomical, financial, marine or any other focus, or a combination of those areas of focus. We know the anecdotal history of area landmarks, including the Golden Gate and other bridges; cable cars, originally introduced in the 19th century; Nob Hill; Silicon Valley; Fisherman’s Wharf and many other hot spots.

Do your people want to visit Alcatraz? San Francisco Zoo? Aquarium by the Bay? The California Academy of Sciences? We can accommodate them, and we’ll do it at the best times and on the best routes to avoid the worst of the traffic and hassle of the crowds. The tour doesn’t have to be custom, of course. We offer a standard, informative, fun tour of our favorite city that covers the major landmarks and also holds a few surprises.

Of course you want your attendees to get the most out of their convention/trade show experience. It doesn’t all have to happen within those four walls, however. Visitors who come to appreciate the City by the Bay are more likely to return, which means more business for all of us.
